Cute lambs! Did you see them on your ride to work?

We've been enjoying warm weather for four days now. I really want to believe spring is here, but March can be a fickle month for us and I wouldn't be surprised if winter made one more showing. But I hope not.

Yes, these were on my way to work.
March can be strange for us too - we sometimes get a blast of snow, like a final farewell from Winter.

Mmmmm. lamb chops.

The snow is actually melting here too, believe it or not!

Mmmm . . . mutton!

Okay, okay, I know that was terrible of me, but I do have an affliction for lamb shanks. Thing is, is I just can't think about what I'm eating when I'm eating it - unless it's a vegetable.

Oh my gosh, I LOVE little lambies!! Someone's going to eat them, though, aren't they? That makes me sad. RUN AWAY LITTLE LAMBS!!! RUN!!!

They are so sweet, I would have had to be late to work, pull over and cuddle with them!!!! So glad Spring is there...I thought we were done with winter until we just had a cold snap that has me back in my winter coat!! Ick!!!

Wreggie - I don't feel sorry for you - you always seem to be about to go somewhere nice!

Kenady - Yeah, they are so sweet - we are currently having nice warm days and very cold nights!

Chris - I was waiting for someone to say that! Yay, about time!

Jen - You too! I am like you - I love animals but there is no way I could become vegitarian!

Miss Minneapolis - Sadly true!

Sitting in Silence - Yes, depending on which way I go to work I see lambs, cows or just woods with lots of squirrels!

Kiki - The barbed wire fence made cuddles a bit difficult - I guess I could have tried to jump over it on myu bike like Steve McQueen in The Great Escape.
