Sunday

The weather has given us a cold snap - cold, but sunny, dry and still.  Nice winter weather, IMO.
We have had some good frost:

After a walk in the cold, Frou Frou is happy to snuggle up for a rest.

She has become a bit of a poser recently, don't you think?

Custard also likes to get in front of the camera:

But he is not such a good model.

Hope you are having a great weekend!

Frou Frou certainly knows how to work the camera. But I Custard's pose. He's got that "must you take that picture?" kind of look. Hope you had a good weekend and are staying warm.

Beautiful shot of the frost!

I have to agree with agg. Frou Frou's pose is the typical cute doggy pose. Custard's is just plain funny!

What a great photo "trilogy". Love the frost, and it's hard to go wrong with pooch pics! Have I told you that great photos make me want to paint them. You're filling my head!

Forgive my ignorance o great War Chef (mainly because we don't have very cold climate here) , but does the plants affected by frost still alive after that?
Nice photos ;)

Agg79 - Trying to stay warm, but this morning was the coldest so far this year.

Terri - Yes, we got a laugh at Custard's pic too.

Abby - My wife goes through phases of painting from photos. Have you got any that you can show us?

Shadowthorne - At this time of year, anything that is still around will be OK with a frost. The biggest problem is if there are late frosts in the spring, after everything starts to grow again - that is when things die.
