Malta Day 3

A quick update before we set off on Day 4!

Day 3 was sunny and with just a gentle breeze.

Someone was clearly in a rush, trying to squeeze his car through a gap that was just a smidgeon too small...

Today's exercise, for those brave enough to do it, was to examine Malta's biggest river, their Mississippi...

Yes, that IS a river...

Some great little flowers along the way...

The intrepid gang...

Great fun had by all.  Sitting here we discussed the snow that was about to hit at home...

Last pic of the day - the ferry arriving from Gozo.  Was it full of Zombies, I wondered?

The snow about to hit home has come with a vengeance. It hasn't stopped since five this morning. No boiler for another two more days should be interesting. Send me some sunshine honey please.

Don't you feel proud of yourself when you fill a day with enjoyment. One of these days, I might get enough energy to give it a try.So happy for you. envious, yes. But happy just the same.

Snow and no boiler? Poor Mrs RC.
We'll be getting snow soon too, so I'm sure glad SOMEONE gets to enjoy warm, sunny weather!

So either they weren't zombies, as you survived, or you became one too?

You definitely picked a good time to leave home. All that snow and no boiler and computer problems, I bet poor Mrs RC was wishing you were there (or she was in Malta enjoying the sights).

Such a pretty place! Love the flower shots. It hardly seems fair that you're in such a sunny, warm place while your lovely wife is home battling a blizzard! ;-)

All this talk of zombies reminds me that I ate zombie skin last night. (one of the bowlers on our Saturday league likes to bring odd foods for us all to try. The zombie skin was dried sea weed. I'm not a fan.)
