Favourite Toy

Custard's favourite toy had reached the point where we were about to throw it out.

But we didn't, we repaired and washed him instead.

We kept thinking of this ad....

Have a great day!

PS Thunderstorm finally rolling in! Looks like I might live to regret wishing for this, as I will probably be riding home through it!

PPS The ad above is the 2nd add featuring this dog - here is the first:

Oh I absolutely love that video! You have such good ads in Britain, the unimaginative crap they serve up on N American telly just can't compare!

Glad you liked it - I have added the original ad with this dog for your additional viewing pleasure.

Ack, I want Harvey!

I'm sure Custard appreciates your choice to clean up and save the bunny rather then send it to dog toy limbo.

The similarity is creepy...ergo, you can never get rid of that bunny ;)

Love the Harvey ads. Definitely makes the point. And you cannot throw bunny away. Custard would be devastated.

Abby - Yes he was really pleased to get him back.

Riot Kitty - I think you are right!

Agg79 - Glad you enjoyed them.

Have fun riding in the rain. Fortunately you are an experienced rider. Me, not so much, I would slip and slide all over in the rain.

I really like the two videos. I hadn't seen them. Thank goodness you would repair and clean Custard's favorite toy. What a cute toy too.

You're such a great 'Mom and Dad' to wash and repair Custard's favorite toy. Especially after seeing that ad.
Our dog loves stuffed animals, but she can never keep them intact. She'll carry them around for a few days, and one day we'll come home and there will be eyeballs and stuffing laying all over the floor....

Looks like Custard is actually pretty kind to his toys. We have to buy the kind without stuffing or squeakers for Lucy. And then she still makes it her mission to rip them open and somehow manages to turn them inside out! I've thrown away more than I can count, but silly me, I keep buying her more!
