My daughter is a constant source of fun.
She often adopts phrases and drops them into conversations at random.
Her latest is to take something that someone has just said and repeat it, with "Your face" added to the beginning.
For example:
"That smells disgusting!"
"Your face smells disgusting!"
"It's got black bits around the edge."
"Your face has got black bits around the edge!"
(Playing on the XBox). "Oh, epic failure!"
"Your face is an epic failure!"
Try it - but only with close family and friends!

Hah, where I am now, this is not an acceptable thing to do :)
Just this morning a student repeated something I said (behind me) and I had him by the door with hand grasping his throat.
His friends fled like mice. Shows that bravado only comes in numbers :)
Shadowthorne - seems fair! My daughter only does it when she knows it will be taken the right way - I hope! :-)
She sounds like FUN!! LOL!! I'll have to give it a try soon. :)
Your face makes me laugh.
That last one is one I heard all through high school.
I love it! She'd fit right in at our house. Send her over. Jake needs someone to antagonize besides his sister and your daughter sounds like she could give him a run for his money!
My wife and I have been doing this forever. It started with "So's your face" from an episode of Scrubs and turned in to what you are describing.

Teresa - Let us know how you get on!
Technobabe - Not the worst reaction I have had from a babe! :-)
Sparky - Yeah,right!
Terri - Poor Jake, I am sure he doesn't deserve such a fate!
Jay Gray - So that's where it comes from! I knew I had heard it somewhere but couldn't place it! Thanks for sorting that out for me!
Some things never change.
In high school, we usta hear "Yo Momma" all the time.
Another old one we used to say:
- Does your face hurt?
- No?
- Well, it's killing me.
