Funny you should mention this. Just today I was mowing the lawn and ran over a bee on some clover. I thought, Oh no! They're in enough trouble as it is, and here, I run one of 'em over. I'm happy to see yours is faring much better! (Beautiful pics, btw.)

Poor bee, but if he did not hear you coming he might not have been up to much anyway?
Some big fat furry ones around here, they sound like F17s as they zoom by.
