Today is the day that Britain gets to decide who will get to take the reins for the next 5 years.
If you are British, make sure you vote! There is nothing worse than having an all-powerful government that only a small fraction of the population actually voted for!
People have died for your right to vote, so damn well use it!

In other news, the rabbits have settled in really well, and tend to rush to the gate of their run every time anyone goes near - and why not? Most of the time it is someone arriving with a tasty little something for them! I think Bubbles might be over-eating a bit, though, as sometimes he just lays on his back, looking a bit like a haggis with legs... I will have to get a photo of that!
Have a great day!

Agree with your observation. Too many people have fought for our right to vote, so we all have an obligation/duty to follow the process. FWIW, my opinion has always been: Vote or shut up.
Good luck with the voting over there.
And I always thought Haggis was a good name for a rabbit.
Wow, these three guys all look exactly the same.
Sure, I know, how a candidate looks isn't a reason to vote for him, but c'mon. We all know that plays a huge part of every election.
Here's how I decide who to vote for. I pick the person whose corruption will hurt me the least.
But with British politics, I always pick the Pitt. (Are there any Pitts left in British politics?)
agg79 - I don't think my daughter would like it if I called a rabbit Haggis...
wigsf - Not aware of any Pitts these days, not even a William Pitt the Twinkle in the Milkman's Eye!
Good luck to you and your countrymen with today's election.
I look forward to seeing the pic of the rabbit on its back.
Yes!! I agree about the voting...it's saddens me to see people's lazy attitude about voting these days...don't they realize all that has been sacraficed for that privledge??
Those guys all look as if they just put something nasty tasting in their mouths! :-)
I hope there's a good voter turn-out. You can't complain about the government if you don't vote!
Glad to hear the rabbits are doing well. Bubbles sounds a bit like my cat, Tigger.
UK elections sound almost as complicated as Japanese elections...
...and a LOT more complicated than the overhyped fashion show that is American elections.
And yet, with televised debates, etc., happening over there now (not to mention microphone gaffes), it's starting to seem a lot more like Yank politics over there. Scary thought...
