As you can see, someone blocked off half of this already narrow road so that no-one would crash into the box that controls the traffic lights!
No wonder the country is in such a mess! How many thousands of work-hours did this waste?

I would be interested if you get any response from the newspaper. Is there a problem at your job if you are late due to things like this?
My parents (who still travel the highways and byways over here) noted the other day that, no matter where you go, there is always a road construction.
This set up does seem test your patience, but I've seen worse ideas. I bet traffic was ugly.
