A movie star in the making?

Possum is one of our rabbits.

There is a large cup and saucer in his run, which he sometimes sleeps in...

How dumb does that look?

In true rabbit fashion, he is rather more active at night than he is during the day.  One thing he does for entertainment is throwing his food bowl around.  He broke a couple of ceramic ones, before we relegated him to a nice plastic one that A won't break and B makes a not less noise when he bounces it off the concrete floor!

Last night we could hear him playing with his bowl again...

This morning it was like this...

Maybe that is what he was trying to do all along?  Maybe he wants to remake Space Jam?  Should we give him a ball and hoop to play with?

How funny is that! Makes you wonder how he's able to perform such stunts. Perhaps a hidden video camera - you know, so he doesn't realize you're taping him.
Glad Mrs RC is feeling better. The weekend did her well!

He's adorable! Have you given him a tennis ball? My mother in law had a bunny that loved to bounce and chase one.

Ha, what do you call his large cup? His bed and breakfast? I love his color - looks soft as a chinchilla. And he's got some skilz!

That is an adorable picture! Yes, I say give him a hoop. And the web came is also a great idea.

ShadowRun300 - I hadn't thought of setting up a camera - might be fun!

Betty - OK, I will give him a ball tonight and see what happens.

Abby - He has strange fur - it is almost like you can see the seams where he is stitched together!

Riot Kitty - A hoop too? Hm, might actually have just the thing!

Are you out of earl grey? Rabbit tea? Seriously?

Wigsf - I don't drink tea, Earl Grey or Rabbit.

I've never seen a bunny in a teacup before, he's a very clever chap to make himself comfortable like that. A tennis ball might be a good idea.... or one of those plastic balls with a bell inside that cats like to play with.

Shammickite - I think I will skip the ball with bell - his peak play time is around 4am...

I love pets with personality and Possum definitely has his fair share! Give him a ball and hoop... he might surprise you!
