Useless

Yep, I have been a terrible blogger recently, I know.

But I have been very busy, and slightly ill at the same time.  Nothing serious, just one of those niggling colds that makes you feel like rubbish but not rubbish enough to take a sick day and stay in bed.

Anyway, on to better things.  My book is more or less finished.  I will only be making more changes if one of the real people who appear in it want me to change something I have said about them.  After that I will be looking to publish!

Woohoo!

And the scary thing is that I now have ideas for 2 more books!  One is a science fiction story and the other is a swords and sorcery story.  Both are begging to be written, not sure which to tackle first...

Yes, you HAVE been a terrible blogger lately. But it's a probably a requirement to be a terrible blogger if you're going to write entire books. We miss you, but we forgive you. Go write those books! :-)

Congrats on passing Mrs. RC's test! At least, I'm assuming you did since you're talking about publishing it.
I haven't been the best blogger either, so you're making it easy for me to keep caught up! :)
Let us know when your book is published. Would love to have a copy!

Well look who's here! That famous novelist who used to rub elbows with the little people!
Hope you're feeling better soon.

Yea, I would chide you about slacking off but I think I've got you beat on that end. I have been pretty much MIA from posting as well. I could offer up a bunch of excuses for being quiet, but that's just what they are - excuses.

Good to hear the book is finished (more or less). Looking forward to reading the long awaited saga. And you are already pondering the next tome? With swords and sorcery? Don't forget the dragons.

Once the book is published, and you're rolling in royalties, I'll be able to say "I knew him when he was just a terrible lazy blogger...."

Wonderful achievement. You always sound like you enjoy writing, not a chore. I know your family continues to be proud of your accomplishments.
