Monday

All go here in sunny Canterbury.

All spare time is going on finishing the dissertation - had one of "those moments" last night when I had a sudden fear that the whole thing had turned to a pile of poop, but no - just interesting quirks in my data.  Just looking for the end now - it has been going on far too long for me - wish I had been able to follow my original plan and get it sorted by Christmas, but hey was that really ever going to happen?

So here is the song that has been rattling in my brain for the last few days:

Get to work and get the dissertation finished so you can relax again. Good luck.

So no luck finishing it in Malta, huh? After seeing your pics, it's no wonder. Too beautiful of a place to work on your dissertation. At least finish it before spring is over. You'll want to get out and enjoy the weather without the stress hanging over you. You can do it!! :)

Glad to be back home?

I've had some of those middle of the night panics set in where you are too worried about a deadline or project. Too bad you weren't able to finish it up in Malta, but you had a good excuse - too much to see/do. Hopefully, you can knock it out before spring is over.

CiCi - Yep, going hard at it, and getting a new guitar when it is all over!

Agg79 and ShadowRun300 - I got some vital work done in Malta (despite the obvious distractions) which means I am really just joining the dots now.

Hate those moments of self-doubt that creep in in the wee small hours, I'm glad you're able to see it for what it is. Yes, it's been a long, hard slog, especially considering all the other commitments you have on your plate, too - but sounds as though you are on the last leg of it now - all cudos to your tenacity and hard work, and the end is in sight, eh?

I imagine there's gonna' be quite a celebration round your gaff, when you cross the finish line!

LOVE the new header! That's a great photo!

Sorry to hear the dissertation's still in the works. I have no doubt it will be all wrapped up soon.

Shrinky - yes, big celebration I think, including a new guitar!

Terri - deadline is in 2 and a half weeks, so yes all over soon!
