Took this while dog walking in the rain. OK, it ain't Tornado Alley but this is the first time I have seen anything like this! If you look carefully you can see it going right down behind the house.
Yes, I did keep my eyes open for more for the rest of the walk...

Certainly looks like a tornado. I've often wanted to see one in real life, so when we're in a tornado warning, I'm always looking outside. Then again, I want to be safe too, so I hope to only see it in the distance.
Did you hear of any damage? Or was it truly a tornado?
Tornado, or a cloud taking a piss. You decide! ;)
Seriously, that's scary.
The WIGSF Tornado Story
A few years ago, I was kicking it at home, playing video games, when the phone rang.
"Hey WISFG, it's your bro. Whatcha doin?"
"Killin' Nazis."
"You okay?"
"Yeah. Killin' Nazis is the best."
"You sure you're okay?"
"Yes I'm okay. What's with you?"
"Put on the all news channel."
"Why?"
"Tornado hit four kilometers from your house."
I turned on the all news channel.
Tornado strikes Vaughan."
"Holy shit! That's four kilometers from my house!"
In answer to your title:
YES! RUN!
Toto, I have a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore.
I've been in one and seen several closer than I cared to. That ain't a big one - more of a water spout, but I'd still take Abby's advice.
You were way too calm for that kind of sky! I would have turned and run back home!
Wow that's not the kind of thing you see in the UK that often. RK's comment cracked me up. :D
We are having a lovely weather here at the moment. :)
Bad news. It it head straight for the mobile home park?
Maybe a baby tornado. Good shot, RC! Good thing you were carrying your camera.
