It's Natures' way of decorating. I imagine the field will be in full bloom shortly.
Agg79 - not sure - last year this area was covered in trees, but they flattened it all and churned it up with diggers. I am surprised that there is anything here at all!

Ah, daff's are sensiblly sturdy, they always come back to thumb a finger in the nose to bulldozers and the like (thank God)!
